Nestlé OptiFibre ist ein rein pflanzliches Ballaststoffpulver zur Unterstützung einer gesunden Verdauung und Darmflora. Es besteht zu 100 % aus löslichen Ballaststoffen aus teilweise hydrolysiertem Guarkernmehl – ohne Zucker, Farb- oder Zusatzstoffe. Die geschmacksneutrale Formel lässt sich mühelos in warme oder kalte Speisen und Getränke einrühren und eignet sich ideal zur täglichen Ergänzung einer ballaststoffreichen Ernährung – auch bei Reizdarmsyndrom oder empfindlicher Verdauung.

Verzehrempfehlung
1 Messlöffel (5 g) täglich in 200 ml Flüssigkeit oder 150 g Speise einrühren und gut umrühren. Bei Bedarf alle 3 Tage um je einen Messlöffel erhöhen, bis die gewünschte Wirkung eintritt. Die empfohlene Tagesdosis für Erwachsene beträgt bis zu 4 Messlöffel pro Tag. Geeignet für Erwachsene und Kinder ab 3 Jahren.
